Is This Shared Family Care Arrangement Sound?

Family members are agreeing how to share an ongoing care responsibility. Good intentions may not define who provides time, pays costs, makes decisions or steps in when someone cannot continue. The question is whether responsibility is allocated clearly enough for the arrangement to survive pressure.
